Native Honey Pine

90% of the world’s native pine honey is produced in Turkey. This earthy brown honey is collected in the spring-fall period. This delightfully bold honeydew honey has a great earthy flavour. It is quite viscous and leaves a lovely resin aftertaste. Pine honey contains more enzymes, amino acids and minerals than flower honey. It has an antioxidant impact. It’s used for iron deficiencies in children.
